What we store
Tickr stores the content you enter: tasks, notes, lists, tags, habits, focus records, countdowns, and your profile settings. Each row is tagged to your user ID and protected by row-level security at the database layer.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't run third-party analytics on your content.
- We don't track you across the web with cookies we don't need.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in a Supabase-managed Postgres database, accessed only by your authenticated session. Backups and database logs follow Supabase's retention defaults.
Cookies & authentication
We use a small number of cookies: an authentication session cookie (Supabase SSR), a theme preference cookie, a language preference cookie, and a CSRF protection cookie for sign-in. We don't use advertising cookies.
Email and push
If you enable reminders, we send browser push notifications via the Web Push Protocol. If you provide an email address, we may use it for security alerts and — only when you opt in — daily digests through Resend. We never sell email lists.
Export, delete, portable
At any time, you can export every row you own as JSON from /settings/data. You can delete your account and all associated data from the same page.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if we change how we handle data. The 'last updated' stamp at the top reflects the most recent material change.
