Using Tickr
By creating a Tickr account you agree to use the service to manage your own work, not to attack the service, other users, or third parties. Reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, and impersonation are prohibited.
Your content
You own your content. By storing it in Tickr you grant us the limited rights necessary to run the service (store, transmit, and display it back to you).
Availability
Tickr is offered as-is during beta without an uptime SLA. We aim for high availability and will communicate planned maintenance when possible.
Pricing changes
Tickr is free during beta. If we introduce paid plans, existing accounts will keep access to today's features free of charge for a reasonable period, and we'll give clear notice before any charge.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from /settings/data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tickr is provided without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in-app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
